I didn’t understand what she was doing, or what those billowing drapes meant, when I was 9.

But now…yea, I get it. It’s art. Only that picture can say it.

She says standing in an apartment on a corner in Jefferson Park

“Have a good night” he used to say and it hurt so much because it was so cold.
So she got a tattoo right in the front, forcing him to be close.

But why is “have a good night” all she can think of, to type to him – who is not him?

The cold has gotten inside. Still,

she leaves the windows wide open. There’s nothing left, except a great apartment.
